We have organised a series of three, lunch time mini trainings with us and other experts in the Autumn.

These are free (kindly funded by Northumberland County Council) and will be held on zoom.

Details and dates below.

If you live, work or want to work in Northumberland or support the people who do, this is the newsletter for you. We are happy to share your work if you tag us on social media. We will cover;

• How to find your audience on social media

• Growth consistent

• Staying creative

• The social media overwhelm and how to combat it.

• Comparison and taking care of our wellbeing

Thursday 10th October

Email newsletters and marketing - You’ve Got Mail

This will run from 12pm - 1pm.

We will cover;

• The importance of a mailing list and why you need one

• Different platforms to set up your mailing list (we use Substack, it’s free)

• Your first newsletter and follow on cadence

• How to show up for your audience

• Ways to increase your open rate

Thursday 17th October

PR and press training - Letting the World Know Who You Are

This will run from 12pm - 1pm.

We will cover;

• The benefits of PR for small businesses

• When and where to invest your money

• The do’s and don’ts of PR

• Building positive relationships
