Good afternoon friends and colleagues,
When we established Culture Northumberland in 2020, we set out to do two things;
To raise the profile of those living and working in Northumberland as part of the cultural, heritage and creative sectors.
To better understand the potential of income diversification for the cultural sector in Northumberland.
As part of our research to better understand you and what you need support with we have designed an income transparency project and survey.
You can contribute here by answering a questionnaire which will take you a few minutes of your time.
The deadline is 1st September and we will anonymise and share the results here after that.

Claire Venus is an Engagement and Partnership Manager with over 20 years experience of working in festivals, events and as a mentor for creatives, artists and writers in the North East. Substack brings over £25k into Claire’s business through subscriptions to her memberships. Claire has over 8000 subscribers from across the world and started using the Substack platform in April 2022.
