Calling all local families and holiday makers in Alnwick
Join us and let’s be culture champs this summer!?
Our friends, partners and staff in cultural spaces and venues have a very special invite for you…
You are invited to;
Turn yourself into a Culture Champ! 💌 👑
Stories of mice, myth and legends are hidden in the walls of Alnwick, tucked inside books inside Barter Books, ready to excite and entertain you on the stage at Alnwick Playhouse.
We have a special quest for you. ⁉️
You are welcome to visit as many cultural, heritage and arts places in the town of Alnwick as you can this summer. Starting… NOW!
Maybe you’ll spot something interesting to draw, make a new friend or have a story to tell a story us about something you discovered on your way around?
Once you wrap up your adventure (up to 11 places), you can pop into the library to receive your prize.
You don’t have to bring a physical print out or any evidence, simply say;
I’m a Culture Champ!
And the librarians at Alnwick Library will be ready to hand you a sticker and a postcard as a thank you for supporting culture in Alnwick. If you do make any art ot write any stories as part of your challenge you can ask a grown-up to tag us on social media.
